Ramadan is a special month filled with blessings, reflection, and compassion. While many families are able to gather around a table and enjoy Iftar together, countless vulnerable families struggle to find enough food to break their fast.
For families living in poverty, Ramadan can become even more difficult due to rising food costs, unemployment, and financial hardship.
Through Banbury Madni Masjid cooked Iftar meal distribution in Tanzania, your support helped us to create an impact and bring relief, comfort, and hope to families who needed it most.
For many families, receiving a warm cooked meal meant they did not have to worry about where their next meal would come from. It allowed parents to focus on worship and family during Ramadan instead of the stress of finding food. It also brought comfort to elderly people and vulnerable individuals who often face daily hardship and uncertainty.
The joy on the faces of families receiving these meals showed the true impact of your kindness and generosity. A simple meal became a source of happiness, hope, and support during the blessed month.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“Whoever gives food for a fasting person to break his fast, he will have a reward like theirs, without that detracting from their reward in the slightest.”
— Jami` at-Tirmidhi, Hadith 807
One of the beautiful lessons of Ramadan is the importance of unity and caring for others. Cooked Iftar meal distribution not only helps ease hunger but also strengthens communities by reminding people that they are not alone.
Sharing food creates a sense of togetherness and compassion. Families who may feel forgotten or unsupported are reminded that people around the world care about their wellbeing. Through your donations, vulnerable communities experienced the spirit of Ramadan and the mercy that comes with helping one another.
These Iftar meals brought moments of comfort and dignity to families who are struggling with poverty and difficult living conditions. During Ramadan, even a small act of kindness can make a lasting difference in someone’s life.
In Islam, feeding a fasting person is a highly rewarded act of charity. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us the importance of helping those in need and caring for our neighbours and communities. Providing food during Ramadan is not only a way to support vulnerable families but also an opportunity to earn immense blessings and reward from Allah (SWT).
Every cooked Iftar meal shared during Ramadan becomes a means of mercy and reward. Your support allowed fasting individuals to break their fast with nourishing meals and experience the joy of Ramadan despite their hardships.
This beautiful act of giving reflects the true spirit of Islam compassion, generosity, and support for those facing difficulties.
Your donations made a real difference this Ramadan. Because of your generosity, many families in Tanzania were able to enjoy warm meals during Iftar and feel supported during the holy month.
The impact of cooked Iftar meal distribution goes beyond providing food also from Banbury Community Fridge for one evening. It gives hope to vulnerable communities and reminds struggling families that they are not forgotten. It also encourages a stronger sense of care and responsibility within the Ummah.
Every contribution, no matter how big or small, played an important role in helping families facing hunger and hardship during Ramadan.
We would like to sincerely thank every donor and supporter who contributed towards this Ramadan cooked Iftar meal distribution project. Your kindness helped bring relief, dignity, and happiness to families in need in Tanzania.
Together, we were able to spread hope and support vulnerable communities during one of the most blessed times of the year. Your generosity allowed fasting families to enjoy warm meals and experience the blessings of Ramadan with comfort and peace.
May Allah (SWT) accept every donation, reward you abundantly for your generosity, and continue to bless you and your loved ones. Ameen.
