Foundations of Faith and Recitation

• Course Description: Introduces two essentials—reciting Quran correctly and understanding daily worship basics.
• Tajweed for Beginners: Proper pronunciation of Arabic letters, basic recitation rules, practicing short surahs.
• Basics of Fiqh: Essentials of purification, prayer, and daily Islamic practice with a focus on clarity and confidence.
• Suitable for all ages: beginner-friendly, practical lessons.
• Learning Outcomes:
  • Recognize/pronounce Arabic letters.
  • Apply tajweed to Quranic passages.
  • Perform wudu’ and salah correctly.
  • Understand basic worship rulings (purity, prayer times, essentials).
  • Interactive style with practice and Q&A.

Arabic for Beginners

• Synopsis: Start speaking Arabic and understanding the written script; focus on speaking, listening, reading, writing, and classical Arabic.
• Goals:
  • Speak from the first lesson.
  • Acquire new vocabulary.
  • Learn language fundamentals.
  • Use traditional Arabic dictionary.
  • Translate Arabic text.
• Outcome: Ability to converse in Arabic and work independently with Arabic texts across topics.
