Join us for a meaningful and engaging children's programme, "Insight to Safar – Little Steps in the Footsteps of Ahlul Bayt", taking place at the Umar Education & Welfare Centre. This inspiring event has been specially designed to help children learn about the significance of the month of Safar through storytelling, remembrance, reflection, and interactive activities.
The month of Safar provides an opportunity to strengthen our connection with Islamic history and the noble examples set by the Ahlul Bayt (the blessed family of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ). Through age-appropriate lessons and engaging discussions, children will gain valuable insights into Islamic values such as patience, kindness, courage, gratitude, and love for the family of the Prophet ﷺ.
This event will introduce children to important Islamic lessons through captivating stories and practical reflections. The programme aims to make learning enjoyable while helping young minds develop a deeper understanding of their faith.
Through interactive activities and discussions, children will be encouraged to reflect on how they can follow the example of the righteous people who came before them.
At Banbury Madni Masjid and Umar Education & Welfare Centre, we believe that nurturing faith from a young age helps build confident and compassionate Muslims. This event provides a welcoming environment where children can learn, socialise, and strengthen their Islamic identity alongside friends from the community.
Parents are encouraged to bring their children to benefit from this educational and spiritually uplifting gathering.
We look forward to welcoming children and families for an afternoon filled with beneficial knowledge, reflection, and community spirit. Let us help our young generation take meaningful steps in the footsteps of the Ahlul Bayt and develop a stronger connection to their faith.
