Legend of banbury - Haji Noor Allam

Haji Noor Allam

Haji Noor Allam – A Champion of Faith and Community

May Allah grant him the highest station in Jannah (Aameen)

Haji Noor Allam was a revered figure in the Banbury Muslim community who dedicated his life to the service of Allah and the betterment of his fellow Muslims. Throughout the 1990s, he was a cherished presence at Banbury Madni Masjid, working tirelessly to collect donations and inspire countless individuals to support Allah's house.

Beyond the Masjid, Haji Noor Allam was a pioneer in establishing workplace prayer facilities at Fine Lady Bakeries. When a manager saw him praying on a cardboard box, it sparked dialogue that led to one of the first dedicated prayer rooms in Banbury workplaces—a testament to his faith and the advocacy of Brother Abdul Khaliq (late) and dedicated shop stewards.

His life exemplified devotion, perseverance, and community spirit, leaving an indelible mark that continues to inspire our community today.

May Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala forgive Haji Noor Allam's shortcomings and grant him a high station in Jannah.
Aameen.
