Dhul-Hijjah is the last month of the Islamic lunar calendar, and one of the four sacred months in Islam. It is the month of Hajj, the great pilgrimage to Makkah, and Eid al-Adha, the festival of sacrifice. The first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are among the most beloved days to Allah, filled with opportunities for worship, fasting, charity, and remembrance.
It is in this month that Prophet Ibrahim (A.S) demonstrated his devotion to Allah through his willingness to sacrifice his son, an act that became a symbol of faith and submission.
Increase worship, dhikr, and good deeds, especially in the first ten days.
Fast on the Day of ‘Arafah for forgiveness of past and future sins.
Offer Qurbani (sacrifice) and share with the needy in the spirit of Eid al-Adha.
