About the Month of Rajab

Rajab is the seventh month of the Islamic lunar calendar and one of the four sacred months in which Allah commands us to avoid wrongdoing and increase good deeds.
A significant event in Rajab is the Isra and Mi’raj, the miraculous night journey and ascension of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, when he was taken from Makkah to Masjid Al-Aqsa and then to the heavens to meet Allah (SAW).
This beautiful event reminds us of the great gift of Salah (prayer) and the importance of strengthening our connection with Allah (SAW).
