Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar and the most blessed month of the year for Muslims. It is the month in which the Qur’an was revealed as guidance for humanity.
During Ramadan, believers fast from dawn to sunset, refraining from food, drink, and sinful behaviour, while increasing acts of worship, charity, and gratitude. It is also the month of Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Power), which is better than a thousand months in reward.
Fast sincerely and use the time to reflect, pray, and read the Qur'an daily.
Seek out Laylat al-Qadr in the last ten nights through prayer and dhikr.
Give charity generously and help those in need.
